Where Inspiration Takes Flight.
Thank you for your interest in attending the Sky High Aerospace Expo ("Event"). By purchasing, possessing, or using a ticket for admission to the Event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase tickets or enter the event grounds.
Sky High Aerospace Expo is organized and operated by Sky High Aerospace Expo, Inc., a North Carolina nonprofit corporation ("Organizer").
A valid ticket is required for admission to any ticketed portions of the Event.
Ticket prices, ticket types, fees, and available admission options are subject to change without notice and will be displayed at the time of purchase.
Children ages four (4) and under are admitted free when accompanied by a ticketed adult.
The purchase of a ticket grants the holder a revocable license to enter and attend designated portions of the Event. The Organizer reserves the right to revoke admission privileges at any time for violations of these Terms and Conditions, unsafe behavior, failure to follow event rules, or any conduct deemed detrimental to the Event, its attendees, participants, staff, volunteers, performers, exhibitors, or sponsors.
Admission may be denied or revoked without refund if these conditions are violated.2. Ticket Responsibility
The ticket holder assumes full responsibility for all purchased tickets once delivered.
Lost, stolen, damaged, duplicated, counterfeit, altered, or otherwise invalid tickets may be refused entry and are not the responsibility of the Organizer.
Tickets may only be purchased through authorized ticketing channels designated by Sky High Aerospace Expo, Inc.
Event schedules, performers, aircraft, attractions, demonstrations, exhibits, and activities are subject to change without notice due to weather, operational requirements, aircraft availability, safety concerns, regulatory restrictions, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer's control.
No guarantee is made regarding the appearance or participation of any specific performer, aircraft, attraction, sponsor, exhibitor, vendor, or demonstration.
Sky High Aerospace Expo is a rain-or-shine event.
Aircraft operations, aerial demonstrations, rides, and outdoor activities may be delayed, modified, suspended, or canceled due to weather, safety concerns, federal regulations, air traffic requirements, emergencies, or operational considerations.
Such changes shall not entitle the ticket holder to a refund or exchange.
All ticket sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or transfers will be provided except as expressly authorized by the Organizer.
If the Event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets may remain valid for the rescheduled date(s) at the Organizer's discretion.
If the Event is canceled in its entirety, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion:
Reschedule the Event;
Offer event credit for a future event;
Provide a partial or full refund; or
Offer another reasonable substitute or "make-good" option.
Refunds, if issued, will be limited to the face value of the ticket only and will not include processing fees, convenience fees, travel expenses, lodging expenses, parking costs, fuel costs, or any other incidental expenses incurred by attendees.
The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attendance at the Event.
The Event may involve aircraft operations, aerobatic demonstrations, jet aircraft, military aircraft, helicopters, pyrotechnics, fireworks, vehicle demonstrations, loud noises, smoke effects, moving equipment, uneven terrain, crowds, weather exposure, and other activities that may present inherent risks.
By entering the Event grounds, attendees acknowledge these risks and agree to comply with all posted signs, barriers, announcements, safety instructions, and directions from event personnel, volunteers, law enforcement, emergency responders, and airport officials.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky High Aerospace Expo, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, exhibitors, vendors, contractors, performers, airport operators, and affiliated organizations shall not be liable for:
Personal injury;
Illness;
Death;
Property damage;
Theft;
Loss of personal belongings;
Financial losses; or
Any incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from attendance at the Event.
Attendance is entirely voluntary and at the attendee's own risk.
By entering the Event grounds, attendees grant permission to Sky High Aerospace Expo, Inc., its sponsors, partners, media representatives, and authorized agents to photograph, film, record, broadcast, stream, or otherwise capture their likeness, voice, image, and appearance.
Such materials may be used for promotional, educational, historical, archival, social media, marketing, fundraising, or commercial purposes without compensation, notification, or further approval.
The following items and activities are prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Organizer:
Firearms (except authorized law enforcement personnel);
Explosives or fireworks;
Illegal drugs or controlled substances;
Laser pointers;
Drones or unmanned aircraft systems (UAS);
Weapons of any kind;
Dangerous or disruptive behavior;
Harassment or disorderly conduct;
Unauthorized access to restricted areas;
Tampering with barriers, aircraft, vehicles, exhibits, or equipment.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund and may be referred to law enforcement.
The operation, launch, landing, or possession of drones, unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), remotely piloted vehicles, model aircraft, or similar devices is strictly prohibited anywhere on Event property unless specifically authorized in writing by Sky High Aerospace Expo, Inc. and all applicable regulatory authorities.
Violators may be removed from the Event and referred to law enforcement and/or the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Attendees under eighteen (18) years of age must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult at all times while on Event property.
Parents and guardians assume full responsibility for minors under their supervision.
Purchasers agree to contact Sky High Aerospace Expo, Inc. regarding any billing concerns or transaction disputes before initiating a chargeback or dispute through their financial institution.
The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate concerns in a timely manner.
Sky High Aerospace Expo, Inc. reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any modifications shall become effective upon publication on the official Event website.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Any legal action arising from attendance at the Event shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of North Carolina.
